A $13,000,000 four building complex at Naval Station. The project included administrative and shop facility in one building, shop functions such as Ordinance Shop and Lagging Shop in the second building, a 58,000 square foot maintenance shop in the third building including battery repair, motor rewind, pump overhaul and valve repair. The fourth building was a conversion addition to an existing Steam Plant which included a pattern shop and foundry with associated office spaces.
