Medical/Dental Clinic

Alpine, California

A four phase, 16,000 square foot project serving seven San Diego Indian Tribes. The first phase includes a 5,600 SF combination Medical/Dental Clinic. The facility includes a waiting room, receptionist area, pharmacy, laboratory, medical diagnostic rooms, dental operatories, diet training and assembly room. After an interim radiology suite expansion, a second 5,000 SF building was developed consolidating the Social Services, Outreach, Planning, Fiscal and Administrative Departments. The most current phase renovated the former administrative area into an operatory dental area complete with darkroom, lab and administrative offices. In addition, the medical records area was enlarged and modernized with a new filing system, the reception area was reconfigured, the lab was moved and reconfigured, and the pharmacy was updated.
