A prestressed concrete multi-level student parking garage for 700 cars. The three story 203,000 SF structure was constructed of double prestressed tee's with a cost of $2,750,000. The project was located on a sloping site; to reduce height and conceal this large structure extensive berming was utilized, significantly mitigating the impact on the immediate residential neighborhood.
