Adaptive reuse of a 37,000 square foot, four story administrative office building. Nearly every interior space was demolished and reconfigured to meet the Headquarters' functional needs as well as to update fire / life safety compliance, hazardous materials abatement, accessibility and image issues. Each floor was improved with new finishes. All lobbies, elevators, toilet rooms and common areas were completely refurbished with new fixtures and finishes. Internally, the building has an entirely new look.
