Conceptual master plan for the growth of a mid-sized YMCA located in a low income minority community. After extensive programming workshops a direction was set to expand the exercise facilities; add a charter school; and create new playing fields with associated administrative and support areas. The plan considered alternative land purchases, upgrades of the existing buildings, expanded parking, improved
street identity and access.
