Neil has been engaged to design a long awaited Chapel at First United Methodist Church of San Diego.  He is a long time member of that church and a former Trustee Chair.

The Meals-on-Wheels Greater San Diego Board of Trustees recently elected Neil as Vice Chair.

Neil has been re-elected to the Board of the Downtown Partnership, a position he has held since the inception of the organization.

Neil is the Secretary of the San Diego Council of Design Professionals to which Jack Carpenter is also a member.

Neil continues as a volunteer member of the St. Paul's Senior Homes and Services Building Committee.
