A $7,500,000 three level 500,000 square foot parking facility housing 1,500 automobiles including Security Office, elevator systems and other associated facilities. The building is constructed of precast structural tees and columns with split faced block walls. The large 250 x 840 foot structure was successfully screened from the surrounding residential neighborhood by careful siting and the incorporation of roof top perimeter planters and trees with additional trees and shrubbery surrounding the base of the building.
