The fast track scope accomplished was to develop a space utilization study and create various installation master plans for the entire 500,000 SF complex. Facility realignment was based on changing manufacturing policy and needs of ten major departments with a goal to minimize relocation time, disruption of operations and associated construction cost. The results were achieved through field surveys, interviews, workshops, process analysis and computer documentation.
