When relocating from downtown San Diego to
Mission Valley forty years ago, the First United Methodist Church ministry
envisioned someday adding a chapel for smaller more intimate services.
Thanks to the determination and commitment of the congregation, this forty
year old vision will soon become a reality.
This project calls for the addition of a 6,800 square foot Chapel and
Music Building. The new chapel supports a more intimate setting while the
music building will provide needed space and better acoustics for the
Church’s music program.
