Development of a 37,000 square foot recreation and administrative facility where half the area is a gymnasium and the remainder a two level weight room, activity center for dance and exercise plus offices. Sports are supported on resilient spring wood floors and lighted during the day by insulated windows. The large volume required for the gym is masked by integrating the roof form and the tile color as well as concrete block walls with the existing facility.
