Urban Training Facility



Established Project Scope and Cost Estimate with the Navy Seals. Option studies resulted in an 110,000 square foot $12.5 million Military Operations on Urbanized Terrain (M.O.U.T.) Training Complex. An embassy, hotel, city hall, offices and school front on a Town Square while other districts radiate outward including retail, government, residential and industrial, totaling 25 structures. A variety of training scenarios for live fire boat and helicopter assault are provided with building heights ranging from one to five stories with special features including atrium spaces, breeching walls and doors, imbedded hard points in walls and reinforced wall and floor openings.
